A WAY OF HELPING A POOR DIET

                                          
 Eating vegetables are very important to our everyday life. It protects us from diseases that can harm us on our body. It also help us to be more strong , healthy , and fight sicknesses.
           There are many benefits of eating vegetables, so we have to eat these everyday. Some of us don't really eat vegetables or hate of eating vegetables because of their taste , smell, and even their figures. Like the bitter guard, eggplant, okra, squash, and other common vegetables doesn't like the kids or children. Even if the taste or smell is bad , it takes a lot of benefits and vitamins we got from vegetables that we eat. The benefits of eating vegetables are some of the healthiest and best tasting foods according to the vegetarians. It is also focused on helping or effective in controlling various diseases like rashes , allergies, diabetes, hypertension or high blood pressure and other diseases. We have to eat at least 5-7 servings of fresh vegetables everyday.
            Eating vegetables is an easy way to help a poor diet become healthier again and again. It is also makes our lives to live longer and smarter. Vegetables provides vital nutrients for our body needs so we have to eat it everyday.
