Upholding English Proficiency for Communicative Competence

         In the theme, " Upholding English Proficiency For Communicative Competence", we all know that this is all about the English Language. English language is very important to us to become more aware of what do people are saying like the foreigners or the people that have their own ability to speak in such a way of communicating with others using this English language.English proficiency is the the ability to speak, read and or write in English. To be considered truly proficient, one should have advanced abilities in all three areas of communication.It is all about about having the knowledge and skills within the form and function.
           In our everyday life, we need to become a good and become an expert in using this language. This helps us to communicate to other people or even in communicating to other countries. With the use of these , we can learn more knowledge, become much good speaker or even a good listener, can compete with others and became more confident all the time.
         They say that this language can really really helps us in finding a good and better job here in the Philippines and or even in other countries. There are many reasons or effect in using this language. We have to use English language to have a brighter future and can compete to others no matter what happens.
